Hancocks Confectionery, the UK’s leading sweets and chocolate wholesaler, have seen their business grow year-on-year, with 2014 being its best year yet. As the business is continuously expanding online and has seen significant growth over the past few years, it was time for a transition to a more powerful ecommerce platform. After working together since 2013, Williams Commerce was more than happy to help Hancocks relaunch their online trade store on Magento Enterprise.

Technical Details

Proteus ERP to Magento Enterprise integration provided Hancocks with seamless order processing integration. In addition Williams Commerce built a distributed order processing module to allow Hancocks to syncronise stock and orders with multiple debots allowing depots to pick ecommerce orders, and offer click and collect.
