Williams Commerce Shortlisted for Best eCommerce Agency at the eCommerce Awards 2026

We’re thrilled to share that Williams Commerce has been shortlisted for Best eCommerce Agency over 30 Employees at the eCommerce Awards 2026.

This is brilliant news for our team and a proud moment for everyone at Williams Commerce. It reflects the hard work, care and expertise that goes into every project we deliver, from strategy and design through to development, integration and ongoing growth. Most importantly, it recognises our continued focus on helping businesses across a wide range of industries get more from their ecommerce platforms.

This latest shortlisting also builds on our recent success at the eCommerce Awards. In 2024, Williams Commerce won Bronze for Best Full-Service Ecommerce Agency and was also shortlisted for Best Digital Marketing Campaign with Ping Europe. In 2025, our work with Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew was shortlisted for Best B2C UX in eCommerce, following a project that delivered strong improvements across users, revenue and conversion rate.

Being shortlisted again in 2026 means a lot to us. It is a reflection of the trust our clients place in our team, the strength of our partnerships and the commitment shown by everyone involved in delivering great work.

eCommerce is one of the most competitive and fast-evolving sectors in business today. AI is accelerating change, customer expectations are rising, and brands are under more pressure than ever to make their digital investments work harder. For our clients, success is not just about keeping up. It is about using technology, data and the right ecommerce strategy to drive measurable growth and stronger return on investment. Being shortlisted for this award is a great recognition of the work our team is doing to help businesses meet that challenge with confidence.”

Robert Williams, CEO of Williams Commerce

A huge congratulations to all the other shortlisted businesses and thank you to the eCommerce Awards for recognising the work being delivered across the industry. The Williams Commerce team are looking forward to celebrating with the ecommerce community and, whatever the outcome, we’re proud to continue helping ambitious brands grow through digital commerce.
