The company’s men’s and women’s collections are regular fixtures during London Fashion Week, with the brand’s designs heralded for their combination of sartorial elegance and bold style.
As part of its website launch and to enhance the efficiency of its operations and connect different parts of its business, Joseph Fashion engaged Williams Commerce to build an innovative connector.

Joseph refreshed their digital offering replacing an ageing Venda ecommerce platform with Salesforce Commerce Cloud. By migrating to Commerce Cloud, Joseph embraced the benefits of a modern SaaS ecommerce platform, a new responsive UX and enhanced payment options.
To support the launch of its ecommerce website, Joseph turned to the Williams Commerce systems integration team to create a connector between Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Joseph’s warehouse system.

Joseph selected Williams Commerce due to its experience and skill set with both Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
The connector was designed to support the creation of smooth operating processes, warehouse stock management and order processing.
Results
The company now has an integrated way of aligning its warehouse system with the enterprise resource planning (ERP) capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics NAV and the customer experience and ecommerce potential of Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
This means visitors to the Joseph Fashion website will have access to up-to-date stock information and more easily take advantage of the excellent range of products available to them.
