Despite what has been a most difficult and challenging year so far for many retailers, eCommerce Awards 2020 received a high number of quality entries, making this year a particularly special achievement to be shortlisted.
Williams Commerce together with our clients La Coqueta and Fine Food Specialist have been shortlisted for the following three categories;

Best Food & Drink eCommerce – Fine Food Specialist by Williams Commerce
Best Fashion eCommerce – La Coqueta by Williams Commerce.
Having worked with La Coqueta and Fine Food Specialist for a number of years, they are both exceptional and innovative businesses, with a focus on investing in and driving forwards their digital agenda with an iterative approach that continues to delight their customers. It has been an absolute pleasure for the Williams Commerce ecommerce project teams and digital marketing teams to be working with such proactive and high performing online retailers. Despite tough trading conditions throughout 2020, both businesses have shown amazing resilience and adopted an agile approach to operate within some very challenging circumstances.
