Williams Commerce are delighted to announce we are finalists for The Drum Recommends Usability Category for 40-99 staff. 

The Drum Recommends are unique in the industry.  With no entry submissions, winning can only be achieved through clients rating an agency.  The Drum Recommends provides a service to help businesses choose agencies based on these client ratings.  To participate in the awards, agencies must be a member on recommendedagencies.com and request their clients to rate them regularly throughout the year. 

The Drum download all ratings from the database annually, identifying those agencies who receive the highest ratings, across a wide range of digital services including categories such as online advertising, content strategy, analytics, effectiveness, usability, client service and much more. 

Those highest rated agencies are shortlisted and then recognised via The Drum Recommends Digital Awards. 

To be a finalist in the usability category is particularly special for the Williams Commerce team.  Over the last few years, we’ve worked hard to upweight our focus on usability, accessibility and conversion rate optimisation for our clients, helping them to delight their online shoppers and grow faster online. 

Winners were announced on Wednesday, 21 October, 4pm GMT via a free live online ceremony during the Drum’s Agencies4Growth Festival.
